"please note that due to the odd complaint with regard to bad light and uneven pavements/roads, Tuesday's pre training run will now take place on the grass next to the QE2 in order to prevent jolting all the injuries the squad as a whole seems to be enduring. Please be in attendance at 7pm to have a stretch before we do a few laps of the upper grassed area. If conditions are too wet, we will revert to the road run."
